By accessing or using ssgdetroit.com (the "Site") and any assessment tools made available through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Informational purpose only

The Site and its content are provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, operational, legal, financial, or investment advice, and using the Site does not create a consulting, advisory, or client relationship. A professional relationship with SSG begins only upon a signed written agreement.

3. Assessments and estimates

The AI Operational Absorption & Stability Audit™ and any related scores, indices, failure maps, or cost figures produced by our tools are directional diagnostics based solely on the inputs entered. They reflect typical patterns in industrial operations and are estimates — not appraisals, certified audits, or guarantees of any outcome. They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any operational, financial, or business decision. A formal engagement begins only upon a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual property

The Sovereign Strategic Group™ name and logo, the Absorption Gap™ framework, the AI Operational Absorption & Stability Audit™ methodology, the scoring models and indices, and all text, graphics, diagrams, and design on the Site are the property of Sovereign Strategic Group™ LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. SSG claims common-law trademark rights in its marks. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its tools without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Do not scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the tools or content
• Do not misrepresent SSG's assessments or use them to deceive third parties

6. No warranties

The Site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Strategic Group™ LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its tools, or any estimates produced by them.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts located in Michigan.
